Every time I visit Berlin, I go to this place to eat their Tonkatsu. Usually I never pick the same thing over and over again, so this should tell you everything you need to know about this place😄

Very happy we went to Beyond Ramen. They have starters, main dish and desserts. I was full after one starter and a bowl of ramen. Their lemonades and smoothies are awesome!

Busy Ramen Joint - Edit
Went on a Tuesday night, was really busy, which slowed down service. The waiter / host was very friendly and spoke English well. Food took a while due to how many patrons were there. Tried salmon roll (quite good) and fried seitan balls (didn't taste seitan, but fried dough was good). We tried 2 ramens (kimchi and tonkotsu), good but not great.

The service was great and good prices. I got fried gyoza but they were a bit small and only got 4 so seemed a bit much for these. I got the tantamen ramen which came with vegan pork and a fried egg made from tofu and pumpkin. The broth and the flavour of the pumpkin was definitely the best part. The noodles didnt have the taste or texture of typical ramen noodles and I found the toppings to be a bit unconventional with large bits of broccoli and beetroot sauerkraut. The beyond lemonade was very nice though.

Liked the place and the food. Though next time I'll try a Ramen with tofu or soy as I'm not very fond of the hard texture of the vegan chashu.

We ordered as starters gyoza and vegetable tempura. Those starters were crispy and incredible delicous. The ramen we choose, one was miso the other one tonkotsu, were very flavourful. The Tonkotsu Ramen came with an vegan egg and vegan chashu, which was delicous.

Loved the ramen and also the fresh (I think also homemade?) drinks were very nice too! It can get pretty packed and busy, so the atmosphere is not super chill, but we didn’t mind really. The staff is super nice and fast as well!

We had the Karaage as a starter, followed by the Tan Tan and Tonkatsu Ramen. Everything was very tasty, though the vegan minced meat wasn't quite to my taste. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Good but the curry is not Japanese - Edit
The small restaurant looks nice, the karaage and tempura were delicious. My friend had tantan ramen and enjoyed it while I ordered the rice curry because I expected Japanese curry in a Japanese restaurant. However... it wasn't Japanese but Indian curry. I was quite disappointed. It was delicious but that still didn't help the disappointment.

It was my first time at an all vegan ramen place and I was fascinated by and grateful for the flavors that I was served with the Miso Ramen! We had 3 appetizers and I highly recommend the tofu with a delicious sauce! It was absolutely incredible!

Despite the beautiful setting and promising menu, the ramen at Beyond Ramen did not quite achieve the magical fusion of flavors we were hoping for. It's a decent choice for a casual meal, but it may leave ramen enthusiasts wanting more.

Happy to find an all vegan ramen restaurant! The ramen was pretty good. The noodles were chewy and the vegan pork belly was amazing. Unfortunately I paid €5 extra for the vegan egg and it was just a piece of bland tofu so that was disappointing. The waiter was also not knowledgeable about the menu at all and messed up our order so that was a real downer on the whole experience.

The waiter was really inexperienced and couldn't answer any of our questions regarding the dishes. We were 3 people, ordered 2 Ramen, and he served 1 Ramen and 1 starter. We waited for ages for the second Ramen, which never arrived because he thought we ordered the starter instead?!
