Great staff, average food - Edit
The staff here were lovely. Unfortunately they don’t have a vegan menu but they were able to talk me through all the things that were adaptable. The dish I ended up getting was ok but wouldn’t go out of my way to have it again

I've been to Bibimbap in Glasgow many times so happy to find it in Edinburgh as well! I only tried the kimbap as I had no time and it was good and filling
