One of the best meals I’ve ever had! - Edit
WOW… let me start by saying I don’t even really like sushi all that much. I came with a group of 14 people and wanted to give it a try because they had some unique things on their menu. The inside was beautiful and so clean. The staff was so friendly. The food was AMAZING. I got the Thai hippie and cabbage roll and they were both so amazing that I order another round of both to go and ate them for dinner that same night. The Brussels were also wonderful. All around an amazing place and I can’t wait to go back next time I’m in Dallas.

Multiple appetizers, an entire section of vegan sushi entrees, non-sushi vegan-friendly entrees, and even vegan dessert? Check, check, check and check!!!
They even have vegan faux fish proteins.
I'm addicted to the brussel sprouts appetizer... I can usually manage to share with others.
I quite like the spicy charred edamame.
The Cowgirl sushi roll is one of the weirdest but best rolls I've ever had.
I'm a fan of the Thai Hippy and the newly added Hot Popper.
The Crunchy Cabbage roll is a bit bland for me but a good choice for those that don't like fishy sushi.
Also a great vibe, and has indoor and outdoor seating. Oh, and they even validate your parking.

Best vegan sushi in Dallas - Edit
This restaurant blew my mind with how delicious the vegan options were! Not only were the options great, but there’s also so many options. It’s pretty hard to choose what to order! I highly recommend the Vegan Black Dragon, it has an interesting flavor and tastes excellent!

Yummy sushi options - Edit
Can we say a plethora of sushi options for the vegans, eighteen to be exact.🌱 When I saw the sushi vegan options available on the menu it made my heart happy. 🤗 Shiitake to me was very good and I recommend it. The Up In Smoke was good also, but Shiitake To Me was the better of the two. The drinks were just average, nothing spectacular, but definitely go for the sushi. 🤗

AMAZING VEGAN ROLLS! - Edit
I am a huge sushi lover and when I went vegan it was hard giving it up. However Blue Sushi saved me! The vegan rolls are better than actual rolls like Rainbow Roll or Spicy Tuna etc. I try to go once a week and I’ve taken several friends and family members there. Blue Sushi is a must for any vegan!

If you’re looking for a place to take a blended group of vegans and non vegans, this would be a great option in uptown Dallas. I’ve heard from non vegan reviewers that their “real” sushi is good, and the Shitaki To Me/Crunchy Cabbage rolls are filling and super creative! Lots of seating, cool atmosphere, overall really fun!
