Would get a 5 star if it was a vegan restaurant - Edit
Amazing korean place that has every main course with a vegan option (get tofu without eggs and you're all set). Every dish is amazing, and leaves you quite full which is good. The staff is really nice and you're served in a matter of minutes (timed it once, we waited only 8 minutes after ordering for 2, usually 10-15 tops for a larger group of 5-6). To top that off, the price is really fair so you can go blindly !

Good food - Edit
Bibimbap and Japchae were veganized for us. Ask the staff for gojuchang if you like it, it does not come default with the bibimbap.

Simple and delicious - Edit
This tiny Korean spot seems to be quite popular as I was there on a random Saturday a few minutes before it opened and there was already a line outside!
Read moreThe menu is simple, offering about 4 different choices all of which are variations of rice/noodles with veggies and some sort of protein. Therefore, everything can be made vegan if you simply choose tofu and ask them to hold the egg.
I tried their taster platter which is their famous bibimbap along with a small bowl of a warm yam noodle and veggie salad sort of thing. The food comes beautifully presented on this long tray with the two bowls, wooden eating utensils, a clementine, and a small container with some very sweet drink. All for 15€, which I found quite reasonable.
The food does not come pre-seasoned, but they rather bring a sweet and sour soy-based sauce as well as a spicy sauce to your table and you season to your taste.
Everything was very tasty, though the flavors were very simple. The bibimbap was a bed of white rice topped with 4 grated veggies (carrot, cabbage, zucchini, and turnip) and tofu. The noodle salad was yam noodles with some slightly sweet sauce and cooked veggies. Portion sizes were quite generous and service was very quick.
Highly recommend stopping by here if you’re looking for good Asian food in Toulouse.

very good - Edit
There are two dishes available - japchae and bibimbap with tofu - just ask for no egg. We tried both options and enjoyed them. They came with a side of (vegan) broth and fruit. It gets busy during lunchtime, so come early.

Quality Korean food - Edit
Boli Café offers a Korean food of quality. Two dishes (and their vegetarian option) are available plus some possible combinations between both. The bibimbap with tofu is easily veganisable if you ask to remove the egg. The sauces are vegan. Portions are generous and the price is fair. The staff is friendly and the taste of the food is very good. I recommend a stop! Their tofu is very good.
Read morePros: tasty food, vegetarian-based, easily veganisable, friendly staff, generous portions
Cons: few choices, not directly vegan
