Vegans Beware - Edit
The food here is good quality and vegan options are available. Be careful as the waitstaff’s knowledge of what is truly vegan/vegetarian is NOT reliable and I blame management for this. By chance we recently had a waiter who had a deeper knowledge of where ingredients unacceptable to us were lurking. To wit, the rice has chicken stock in it (despite being told it was vegetarian in the past). The veggie burrito grande is great, but the red sauce they put on it also has chicken stock in it - so be sure to order it without. The salsa is fine. They easily accommodate leaving all forms of dairy off dishes.

We eat here quite often. I always order either the cauliflower or black bean tacos. The tortilla chips are excellent, as is the salsa.
