Not Your Usual Museum Fare

This is a charming, pub-like setting run by husband-and-wife, experienced restaurateur owners. There are two levels of seating: one that is raised above the main museum lobby and offers fun interior views while dining, and then interior seating near a bar. Service was excellent. Definitely make a reservation, even for the lunch slot, because the seating fills up quickly. The tofu scramble - the only truly vegan entrée option - was delicious, but would have benefitted from a side order of toast to round it out. There is a carrot quinoa burger on the menu that would be 100% vegan were it not for the binder (the server did not indicate what was the binder...egg?). Another vegan option on the menu is a rice bowl with sautéed vegetables.
