So many vegan options - Edit
I got iced thai tea with coconut milk, fresh rolls without shrimp, green curry, fried basil with tofu, and pad see ew without egg and fish sauce. Every thing was very good! A server was nice, she remembered me ( because I went there everyday lol ). I ordered mango salad, she asked me “ you don’t take honey?” She was helpful.

Decent vegan options - Edit
We ate here three nights ago and enjoyed the papaya salad, spring rolls and the sautéed mixed veggies. It’s important to let them know you are vegan so they know to exclude the fish sauce, etc. In an expensive resort-focused town this is a relatively affordable option.

Great Vegan Thai Options - Edit
We tried several dishes for dinner—the green curry was very good, so was the Panang and the Pad kra prow. The avo rolls and veggie rolls were great. We also ordered Thai iced tea with coconut milk-yum!

Lots of vegan options - Edit
I stopped at Calistoga Thai Kitchen for a late lunch after hiking at Bothe-Napa Valley State Park. I ordered the veggie rolls appetizer and pumpkin curry with tofu, which were both great. The pumpkin curry had a good variety of veggies and was really delicious. They were also able to make a Thai iced coffee with coconut milk, which was fantastic. I appreciated the good service and the ease of veganizing the dishes.

Decent Thai - Edit
As mentioned there aren't many vegan options in Calistoga. We enjoyed the lunch special, good flavours, decent portions, friendly service. If you enjoy Thai food this is a great place to dine.

Best Vegan Option In Calistoga - Edit
I admit that I eat at Calistoga Thai Kitchen every time I visit Calistoga. The food is consistently good and since each meal is made to order they are happy to veganize anything on the menu. I typically add tofu but you can also add additional veggies to your entree. I'm a big fan of curry and have tried almost all of them. The Panang curry with tofu and the Pumpkin tofu are two of my favorites. I love that the rice comes to the table shaped like a heart. The sticky rice dessert is made with coconut milk and mangos. The chef makes such an effort to make it pretty and it is rich, sweet and delicious! They have made the Thai iced tea vegan by replacing the cream with coconut milk. It was so good, my husband took one sip of mine and ordered his own! Eating vegan in Napa Valley is not as difficult as it was when I moved here 6 years ago but it is still not a vegan-friendly area. So the next time you are in Calistoga, this is the place to find a good vegan meal!
