Best Panini I've Ever Had!

I really have to give it to the cafe - the vegetable panini was one of the best I've ever had. The girl working the cafe this day was named Sarah, and she really did a great job with the sandwich haha!

I will say I've heard mixed reports on how the owner treats their staff, though. She's very young and purportedly started it all herself with no help, but the jury's out on this one. I've heard she's underpaid staff, forced them to work unpaid hours, and overall can have an attitude. I've also heard that she's great, so take this all how you will.

That sandwich was sure great though!
