vegan cheese stand

they don't only operate at the market mentioned in the description but apparently also operate at vegan fairs such as the veggieworld (saw them in düsseldorf)

i wasn't blown away but my opinion doesn't really count cause i don't like cheese in general oops. heard all the others say that it was real good and i believe them

additionally, the owners were so gentle and nice and you could try everything before buying (don't know whether this id also the case at the market in paris tbh).

So much variety of "Frawmages" (and food as a bonus)

They offer a large variety of "frawmage" (plant-based raw cheese), from very fresh to very aged ones (you don't see the latter ones in their online store).

They have many types like blue cheese, a couple that ressemble a camembert or a reblochon; and other ones with yuzu, seaweed, nuts, etc.
You can test them if you are not sure what you would like to take.
Prices are reasonable (around 7€/cheese) considering they are also organic and made in Paris.

By the way, in their stand you can also find ginger juice and typical African dishes like a yassa or a mafé (veganized of course).

As the description says, find them on Saturdays in the 11th (Place du Père Chaillet), next to the Voltaire metro station; or on Sundays in the 6th (Marché Biologique Raspail), next to the Notre-Dame des Champs metro station.

Pros: variety, friendly staff, vegan stand in a market!
