Small bakery cafe with mostly vegan options of slow-rise/wild fermentation breads. As vegan sides, one can order jam, coffee, hummus, cashew cream, hot cocoa. The menu also includes several desserts and traditional French treats. Limited seating. Open Tue-Sat 10:00am-7:30pm.

Fresh artisan bread - Edit
Castália has a blue ribbon certification, so I don't think it needs anyone else to tell you that they serve amazing bread. To help you on your choices, I suggest the sweet potato-onion, nuts, and cranberry-hazelnut options. Go for the cashew paste and their vegan hot chocolate as well. Great for a Saturday breakfast stop, but usually pretty crowded.
