First visit to Chapter one, lovely place and will be back. I had the vegan breakfast which was amazing. The sandwiches and sweet treat looked equally as amazing.

Fantastic coffee shop - Edit
LOVE the sign to say they do not serve dairy milk (and why) - stating the uncomfortable truth clearly and without apology. Huge respect. The food is absolutely heavenly too.

Very nice! - Edit
I enjoyed what I had here but I would say it’s very pricey. I enjoyed the food I had but the tofu scramble was nothing special and I wish the almond crossiant was filled instead of just being piped on top

Favorite Breakfast Spot in Edinburgh - Edit
Vegan café with amazingly good breakfast and pastry. I kept coming back during my time in Edinburgh and tried the French toast, the tofu scramble on sourdough toast and various pastries like croissants. They also have a large selection of vegan sandwiches.

Chapter One Coffee Shop - Edit
A beautifully decorated cafe in Edinburgh. We came spontaneously for breakfast and got a table without any trouble. The typical British breakfast was delicious. We also bought sandwiches to take away, which are perfect for later.

Perfect brunch place - Edit
The full vegan Scottish breakfast was great, but the sandwiches looked SO good as well! Would love to come back for brunch/lunch, as they open a little late for breakfast in my opinion.

Very delicious - Edit
Went two days in a row on our trip at Edinburgh. Really cute all vegan coffee shop. They had a little book shelf so you can read while you eat. We got the full vegan breakfast 10/10 loved everything about it. I also got a blueberry loaf. Delicious. So good I recommend. Second day got a toastie, best chocolafe jaffa cake and passionfruit smoothie . 😋

Cute cafe - Edit
Was a cute cafe and the staff were friendly. The pesto sandwich was lovely, but the porridge was disappointing: rather small, not very chocolatey nor sweet and too expensive for oats and a bit of fruit.
