This is a limited review because we only tried what they had at the Alsace Vegan Festival, and not from the food truck itself(last year the truck was at the festival, but the line too long). What we did have though, was really tasty. The had a naan dog and it was really well garnished, in addition to the stage itself being really tasty and nicely textured.

Very tasty burgers. Nice fries and drinks too. The fries are a mix between regular and sweet potatoe. The only downside is maybe that the fries aren’t crispy, just like every other vegan burger place around so maybe it’s a local thing? Otherwise a must visit when they’re open and you’re in the wider Strasbourg area.

Amazing organic burgers and so filling! You can choose a menu with sweet popato fries and homemade beetroot ketchup or a big and delicious salad.
Read moreThe "Veg'Alsace" is really delicious, it's a nice idea to mix fastfood and alsatian specialty with a kind of choucroute in a burger.
