Read moreEine Freundin schlug mir dieses Restaurant vor, nachdem sie gesehen hat, dass es auf der Speisekarte viele vegane Gerichte gibt. Beim Betreten ist mir sofort die wunderschöne Einrichtung aufgefallen, sehr stimmig alles. Auch die Sitzplätze draußen, direkt am Tübinger Tor liegen sehr schön.
Die Seiten der Speisekarte sind deutlich abgetrennt zwischen vegan und nicht-vegan. Die ersten Seiten sind rein vegane Speisen: Vorspeisen, Salate, Pho, Reis- und Nudelgerichte, Udon, Sushi uvm. Die Auswahl ist wirklich überragend. Ein vegetarisches Gericht hat sich leider auf die vegane Seite geschlichen, aber es steht deutlich "Eier" dabei und auf Nachfrage wurde mir das Gericht ohne Eier vegan zubereitet.
Der Service war sehr freundlich und auch sehr schnell. Die Preise absolut angemessen. Werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen:).

Update: Apparently many dishes from the "vegan" pages are not vegan at all, who knows if they might not all have non vegan ingredients🤷🏼♀️. Had to withdraw my points.
As soon as I stepped inside the restaurant, I was immediately struck by the beautiful interior. The seating outside, directly at the Tübinger Tor, is also very nice.
The pages of the menu are clearly separated between vegan and non-vegan. The first pages show the vegan dishes: Starters, salads, pho, rice and noodle dishes, udon, sushi and much more. The selection is outstanding. One vegetarian dish unfortunately made its way onto the vegan side, but it clearly says "eggs" and on request the dish was prepared vegan without eggs.
The service was very friendly and also very fast. The prices were absolutely reasonable. I will definitely come back:).

Von der veganen Karte ein Gericht mit gebratenem Reis bestellt. Laut Karte nur vegane Zutaten. War aber mit Ei.
Read moreWährend das Essen zurückgegeben werden musste, sagte die Mitarbeiterin, es sei doch aber ein Bio-Ei, ob das nicht vegan sei.
Also ist die vegane Karte fraglich.
Cons: Veganes Gericht nicht vegan.

I love eating there, especially V32, a dish with soja filet and vegetables with a delicious sauce. The variant with tofu is good, too, in my opinion.
Read moreThere is also vegan sushi on the menu, but I haven't tried it yet. The dishes are between 13 and 16 Euro (Sept. 2024), so it's not the cheapest way to eat.
There is a special midday menu, but haven't tried this yet.

We were attracted to the restaurant by the idea of Asian food. We were greeted by a separate vegan menu. Great, we thought! But... we read the previous review and specified our vegan wish anyways several times when ordering, explicitly asking for no fish sauce. The food looked great, but first the salad came with cow milk based yoghurt. We asked to have it without. The staff did remove it, and brought the same plate back. Then we still got the other dishes with fish sauce, the alternative was soy sauce. We won't be back.

Hier gibt es sowohl eine große Auswahl an veganem Sushi, als auch reguläre Gerichte. Beides sehr zu empfehlen und immer sehr schön angerichtet.

Zu einem vegan deklarierten Gericht gab es Fischsoße - Edit
Das Essen war an sich lecker. Aber eine Soße die bei einem veganen Gericht dabei, war hat sehr fischig geschmeckt. Auf Nachfrage bestätigt sich, dass es leider Fischsoße war.
