Super cute place! It was quite busy, so a sat at the big communal table in the middle of the room. Had the avocado toast and some lemonade which were both really nice.

We managed to get a table on a very busy Saturday. The burger, the spicy cashew crunch salad, the butternut squash Mac and cheese and the tofu scramble were all delicious. Really recommend!

The new Chloe spot is incredible, and I’m so happy for her and the rest of us who will get to eat here. The food is *phenomenal*. I had the best Caesar salad and best birthday cake I ever had in my life. Truly. I didn’t know vegan cake could actually be this good. 😭 My partner had the classic burger and loved it also. Don’t miss it. It’s also super super cute inside. Congrats Chloe!!

Chloe was an incredible experience. I was elated to see the owner back in her original spot and showcasing some of her classics. I got the taco salad, truffle avocado toast, the chocolate cupcake, and the blueberry muffin. It was all 10/10. The desserts were AMAZING and I need to go back for a cinnamon roll. The salad was just like I remember but even better. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is amazing.

I got the Classic Burger with sweet potato fries. The burger was $&@?!@& delicious. Charred and greasy like a fast food burger. The dipping sauce for my fries was a tasty, spicy aioli. For dessert I got a chocolate chip cookie and that didn’t disappoint. Soft and gooey from the oven.

I liked the former "By Chloe," but this new restaurant is much better! It has the same relaxed vibe and decent prices, but the food is more refined and more delicious, less fast-food-like and more classy, with subtle flavors, and the atmosphere is less corporate while still being casual. Welcome back Chloe!

In this case, I'm talking about none other than Chloe Coscarelli, the incredibly talented and inventive vegan chef who had been forcibly and wrongfully removed from the now defunct By Chloe. Not only has Chloe managed to "rise above" but she, along with opening a newly branded café, simply called, "Chloe" in the original By Chloe space at 185 Bleecker Street (corner of Bleecker and MacDougal) in Greenwich Village, has managed to outdo herself (as if anyone thought that were possible) in terms of the quality and creativity of this menu.
I couldn't be happier for her, for no one is more deserving of the perpetual success that I know she is destined to achieve.
Brava, Chloe Coscarelli!!!

There’s been a lot of hype around the opening of CHLOE at the corner of MacDougal and Bleecker Street - and ALL of it is justified. This incredible 100% vegan restaurant offers healthy and delicious dishes that any vegan (or non-vegan) will enjoy: butternut squash nachos, a housemade burger with cashew cheese, mac and (dairy-free) cheese, Chef Chloe’s famous taco salad and more. The pastry case is overflowing with colorful cakes, cookies, and cupcakes. And the vibe is cheerful and upbeat yet comfortable. Many of the employees have worked with Chef Chloe over the years, lending an air of family to the always-delightful staff. I’ve already visited four times in the short period it’s been open, and I will be back many more. It’s incredible to see the restaurant full of patrons, all eating meals that don’t harm any animals, in any way. I highly recommend CHLOE. My current favorite dish is the seasonal Mac with corn-cashew cream, pine nut ricotta, and jalapeño pesto (which is flavorful but not too spicy).

My friend and I happily ate the Quinoa Taco Salad Bowl, the Nachos, and a side of Sweet Potato Fries. The seitan was delicious, flavorful, and not too “fake meat”-y in texture. The mango salsa on the nachos was such a creative addition. The fries were good but would have been better if they were slightly warmer.
