Terrific - Edit
We ate here the night before we ate at Marmalade. It was delicious from the drinks (an excellent local IPA) to the food. It was nice that my husband and I were able to split the five-course experience and add an extra dish ala carte whereas at Marmalade everyone has to order the entire meal. Our omni friend loved his food, too. It's special when everyone can be pleased. Cocina Abierta is a fine dining experience. Perhaps slightly more casual than Marmalade. PR is so fortunate to have both of these dining options for vegans.

Best vegan tasting menu - Edit
It's hard to find good vegan food in PR, much less such a luxury experience of a coursed tasting menu. This place has top notch service and the food is incredible. It's farm to table with ingredients sourced almost entirely from the island itself. The menu changes seasonally, but winter 2024 blew me away!! Such a beautiful place to enjoy creative, artful, and tasty food. The flavors and pacing of the dishes were well thought out, and the plating was beautiful. Would recommend to anyone visiting PR!!! Looking forward to my next visit
