We stayed at Annecy for one week. Went by the place nearly every day (also at the official opening hours, which are only three times a week). Every time closed. No sign of holiday or when they open. Even wrote an email, never got an answer. I guess they are closed for good.

Auf der langen Suche nach veganem Essen hatten wir endlich etwas gefunden und eine Stunde gewartet bis der Imbiss öffnet. Als wir ankamen war der Laden leider komplett dunkel. Während der Öffnungszeiten, die wir auch mit anderen Quellen abgeglichen hatten, war leider niemand da. Schade! Wir mussten leider hungig schlafen gehen :(

The location is perfect; right opposite Le Paquier so perfect to sit by the lake with delicious vegan food! There is also a small outdoor seating area if you prefer (no indoor seating).
The chocolate mousse was such a generous portion and so yummy also!
Very friendly staff!

This is a call to all vegans - if u come to Annecy please support this restaurant. The food is great, there isn’t much seating space but you can easily take your food and walk to the lake and eat there. We had the smash burger and it was immense.

This is a tiny store selling out of a window shop, with basically only a single table for two customers next to a busy road. The burger is good, but not exceptional. Coleslaw and fries are nice, and the drink that comes with the menu was honestly revolting - just sugary warm water.

Great to have something fully vegan. I opted for the rice bowl deal and it was tasty but I thought the portion was a little small. The cookie was really lovely.

I was thrilled to see this open and the huge 100% vegetal sign. They had cookies I regret not buying and just got a very nice kombucha. They weren’t serving any other hot food then. We went back an hour later hoping for food but it was closed despite their website saying they were open till 9:30. Shame. I would have loved to try something.

J’ai récemment testé copperbranch annecy. Mauvaise expérience. C’était vraiment pas à la hauteur. C’était pas bon, la cuisine est complètement désorganisée, et douteuse. c’est cher, et la plupart des plats sont incomplets. C’est une pale copie des autres copperbranch où j’ai pu manger.. à moins que la qualité n’ai baissé ? je n’y retournerai pas. La prise de commande est très impersonnelle, sur une borne, même si vous êtes le seul client.
Nous avons pris deux menus: Bowl + boisson et Burger + frites + boisson, soit un peu de 30€.
Les tables étant au nombre de deux et en bordure de route passante, nous prenons à emporter.
Première surprise, à réception, la serveuse nous annonce qu’il n’y a pas de patates douces car elles les ont ratés.
Ensuite le Burger était froid, à peine dégelé.
On ramène la commande, elles refont le Burger et nous redonne des frites.
Elles font tomber le sachet avec le poké au passage… imaginez l’état de mon bowl.
Le deuxième burger était tiédasse, avec deux fonds, les frites de patates douces molles et les frites de patates pas cuites.
Bref le rattrapage était à peine mieux que le premier essai.
L’idée de l’enseigne est bonne mais l’équipe est complètement amateure.
Dommage car cela donne une mauvaise image des restaurants végétaux aux carnistes et septiques.

Excellent for our lunch and dinner - Edit
We arrived in Annecy in time for lunch, parked in the Hotel de Ville carpark almost opposite the eatery. Using the touch screen we ordered a wrap each and a bottle of ginger each. We sat at the tables outside (there is no indoor seating) to eat, and watch the world go by.

All the food was colourful and tasty. The service friendly. We’d definitely eat there again when in Annecy

Read moreFirst of all, the food is okay/good and it’s nice that there’s a fully vegan fast food branch in Annecy. Staff was friendly.
But: We’re a family of 5. We all took a menu, nothing out of the ordinary. We were the only customers at the time of our arrival. Luckily, because it still took the two girls at least 20 minutes to get our order ready.
And they still managed to mix all the drinks wrong (way too sour/sweet), forget the sauce for the fries (even though they asked if we wanted sauce and we confirmed we wanted ketchup), getting one burger wrong and not to pack us a single fork (so my wife had to est the coleslaw with a straw). While using alot of time for preparing our order in this unprofessional way, a que of about 10 people built up behind us. I feel petty for them and the waiting time and service they were about to expect.
