So many Vegan options! - Edit
Having marked this for a while we finally made it to CR. The interior is cozy and limited seats available. We got the high seats right in front of chef. The service was quick.
Read moreTofu Tokyo Salary Man - the broth light and perfect flavour and miso notes coming through. The noodles perfectly cooked with a slight chew. The almost blackened tofu with sesame crust was amazing.
Tofu Kaizen Warrior- similar flavours coming through. The tofu good and the broth a bit more saltier, but not bad.
Tofu Spicy Negi - the broth a lot less spicier than I expected. The chilli oil drizzled is a nice touch and some toasted sesame oil finished this ramen.
All the above were vegan, which makes this place unique and not just a dish or two for vegans like us. The only negative we felt was the temperature of the broth - much less hotter (temperature). Didn’t have gayoza’s available. I guess we have something to look forward to. Regardless - a must for vegan ramen lovers.

Appetizers were very tasty: Brussels sprouts, edamame, seaweed. Ramen noodle tasted fine too, but the broth were way too salty, especially mapo tofu.

It is small restaurant, however a cute atmosphere. The vegan options are clearly marked. We got take out. It was easy to pour the broth into the bowl with your noodles, veggies and tofu. Highly recommend this place. Delicious. Also get the brussel sprouts! You won't regret it.

Easy & Delicious Option for Vegans - Edit
We love Crafty Ramen! They have many vegan options, which are clearly identified on the menu, which makes ordering simple. The food is high quality, locally sourced, and packed with flavour. Their vegan options seem to be expanding too. A favourite would be the Vegan Tokyo Salary Man with delicious marinated sesame tofu. They also have a loyalty stamp card for repeat customers!

Best Vegan Ramen - Edit
The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the miso broth in the vegan rich and corny was delicious. All the components came together really well, grilling the tofu and corn made a huge difference in flavour.

Kombucha on tap was great, and there is super cheap bear and cider.
The decor was great, especially the bar stools which had not only a foot rest, but also a place to stash your stuff.

They have a couple of clearly marked vegan options on the menu. I’ve tried them all and they are all delicious! They add a good amount of noodles but if you love noodles like I do, be sure to go for the extra noodle option because their noodles are great!

I had the Vegan Tofu Mapo and it was delicious! They also had the option to add a marinated egg and so I did. Although it said that ramen is "very" spicy, I preferred if it was spicier. Planning on coming back here soon.

Amazing tasting vegan ramen! - Edit
They make their own noodles and broth, and the flavour is really good! One of the better vegan ramens I’ve had. The place has a cool vibe and the washrooms are spotless! Communal seating and very friendly staff. Clearly labeled vegan items. Staff very knowledgeable on ingredients. I would highly recommend it!
