vegans ribs are raw microwaved uncooked tofu - Edit
Probably the worst vegan food I ever had, it was so poorly made pretty sure the chef did it on purpose because he hates vegans.
Read moreThe ribs are half a block of tofu, unpressed, unseasoned, unmarinated, uncooked, just microwaved laying in its own juice. The potato cubes are old frnechfrieds, chopped into cubes. Literally making fun of vegans.
This felt it was bad on purpose

Bonne surprise - Edit
Café-restaurant spacieux et à l'ombre des arbres, bien tenu, proposant 4 plats végétariens ou vegans. Les deux plats vegans sont vraiment excellents et le tofu très surprenant.
