I totally recommend giving this a try. It has multiple vegan options. I went there for an apple-cinnamon and a chocolate roll. Both were very fluffy and delicious. Also, you can see them being made through a window

Hatten den veganen Apfel Zimt Wickel, ein Veganes Sandwich und einen Joghurt und später noch einen Zwetschgen Zimt Wickel, wobei der mit Apfel besser war.

The bakery is similar to "Zeit für Brot" but with its own spin on cinnamon rolls called "Wickel", available in both sweet and savory variations. Most days they have some different vegan "Wickel" options which are extremely fluffy and tasty. Furthermore the selection of bread and bread rolls is huge and everything is freshly made in the boardering bakehouse, which you can see through a window. The staff is very friendly and helpful with information on allergens, etc.

Incredibly good bread and sweets. Seriously, the sourdough breads are as good as it gets. Vegan products are clearly labeled. Even when it’s busy on weekends, the service is still quick.

During our stay in Cologne, we came here several times to stock up on snacks and treats to eat for breakfast or over the day. Usually, they had a hearty vegan sandwich (e.g. with tofu, veggies and nuts or with carrots, apples and horse radish) as well as several savoury and sweet bakery goods such as chocolate rolls. Everything tasted so well and was also filling. The vegan options were clearly marked.
Read moreService was always friendly and the location was good for us as well because we stayed in a hotel in the area.
My favourite thing about this place is that the things on offer are not your usual vegan fare and it‘s so nice to try bakery goods like that!

We went there because people had told us about the most delicious cinnamon rolls they sell here. I was all prepared to only try a bite of my boyfriends, when i saw the all caps VEGAN underneath the apple cinnamon bun. YUMMY!!!

Great vegan cookies - Edit
This is a very nice coffee shop and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Their vegan options include two cookies and a sandwich. I tried a walnut cookie, which was excellent, but unfortunately they'd run out of the vegan sandwiches so I wasn't able to try them.
