This was great!

I got the impossible meatball with pasta, and it was so good! I’m so happy for this place because they proudly advertise their impossible products outside of the restaurant, and the food was so good!

I ordered ahead and the meal was ready when I walked up. I will definitely try this place again before I leave.

Pros: Vegan options

If you want just egg and impossible sausage, this place is pretty good

It doesn’t say just egg on the menu but I’m pretty sure that’s what it is. I know for a fact it’s vegan because Disney puts these little leafs next to their menu items that are vegan and that includes the mention of no honey which I appreciate! Breakfast here is alright! There is also beer next door at the PYM Testing Lab

I forgot to take a photo- but if you get the impassible spoonful, ORDER THE EXTRA SAUCE!!! It was tasty but didn’t have enough sauce for our liking. Would definitely order again!

Great option

I was at DCA with friends and for lunch we decided to try Pym test kitchen. One of my friends, who is Omni, said the V meatball is her favorite so I decided to give it a try. I wasn’t super hungry so I decided on the kids portion. This was a perfect portion size. The yogurt was a nice little sweet treat and the orange went in my bag for later.

Lines were fast and service was effecient. We sat in a spot on the patio where were able to watch the one of the avengers shows.

Pros: Location, Convenience, Food was good

Kids Meal

Double check to make sure they give you the almond milk yogurt. I had a gut feeling when the gal made my order and it turns out she had given us the dairy-based one. Probably the healthiest, kid-friendly meal in the park. Second another comment or on asking for extra sauce. All the pasta dishes looked a bit dry.

Get xtra Sauce

Ordered:Impossible Spoonful

Meatballs we’re good, pasta was fine, parmasean is non dairy, wish there was more sauce, saw in another review that they ordered xtra sauce which would have made the dish even better. I would order it again

Pros: Great impossible dish

Cons: Wish there was more sauce

Puma test kitchen

They have a child size and an adult size version of pasta with an impossible burger meatball. I ordered the child version which came with a mandarin and a vegan yogurt with vegan fruit popping bubbles.

Pros: Tastes good, and the child size was very generous, Mobile ordering is available

Cons: The line can be long

Impossible Spoon

The big meatball. It’s decent. Get extra marinara sauce. The sauce on the pasta was kinda dried when I got my plate

Impossibly Big Ball

I ordered the Impossible Spoonful with mobile pickup, which avoided the long line. It's rigatoni and ditalini pastas, plant-based meatballs, tomato sauce, dairy-free parmesan and micro basil. It comes with a tiny plastic fork, which I assume is just to make the meatball appear even larger, but it's just wasteful. Otherwise, I enjoyed the meal.

Pros: quick service, outdoor seating

Cons: plastic fork

Pretty decent vegan options

Tried the "Impossible Spoonful", which is basically a giant meatball with pasta and marinara. Pretty damn tasty!
