Removed vegetarian options - Edit
All dumplings, pot stickers, dan dan noodle, buns, etc... now have chicken broth. Sad times.

Now with chicken powder - Edit
Very kind server informed us that all the dumplings now have chicken powder. The only veggie friendly items are cucumber salad and green pancake

Kind of pricey - Edit
The server told me that they started adding chicken powder to their vegetable potstickers so that was disappointing. The green onion pancake and onion noodles were delicious but a little pricey.

The best value in Seattle - Edit
This was by far the cheapest food we got in a month in Seattle. Service was fast and the food tasted great! Lots of options to choose from. The tofu cubes were delicious. Everything was!

Decent food, but tough knowing what's safe - Edit
We had the pan-fried veggie dumplings, green onion noodles, sesame kale, and braided tofu. Braised tofu was good, but not the most flavorful. The dressing on the kale was very good, dumplings and noodles were both pretty good. If you're a strict vegan though, you might not feel comfortable here. Hard to feel sure what's vegan and what's not, despite what's stated. For example, their website lists the banana naan as vegan, but it has butter. Nice atmosphere, but I'd probably go for somewhere I can feel more confident. Pricing is pretty fair though, $6 for 6 dumplings

Decent options for veg dim sum - Edit
Their website has a list of menu items to order based on allergies or dietary restrictions. Several options for vegetarians; limited for vegans. The vegan options they do have are delicious. Recommend the Yi Bin Noodle, Cold Noodle with Szechuan Sauce, vegetable steamed dumplings, and pickled string beans.

No concept of vegan - Edit
I asked the waitress what was vegan on the menu and she told me to point out what I liked and she would tell me if vegan or not. Needless to say, I did not feel comfortable eating anything on the menu

Avoid avoid avoid - Edit
I realize they opened less than a month ago so maybe there is still some training that needs to be done. I'm reporting on my experience on 7/17/19. I was informed their online allergen menu, which lists vegan items, is very wrong.

The staff has zero clue what vegan means and confuses it with vegetarian. Okay, that happens. After an explanation of what ingredients I avoid (I'm vegan) I was recommended the cold noodles with rice noodles (regular noodles have chicken stock) and vegetable potstickers. The cold noodles were completely inedible. Not just because they tasted terrible (which they did) but because they were rubbery. I couldn't even bite into them. The potstickers were incredibly oily and flavorless.
The best part of the meal was our waitress who was extremely apologetic and super sweet (but still didn't take anything off the bill). The food runners were HORRIBLE. They literally threw the food down on the table. I get it, you're busy, but you also just spilled food on me and didn't care.
If you want a great dining experience with awesome food, go elsewhere. Cage Yumm is down the street and delicious.
Pros: The waitress we had was sweet
Cons: They don't understand vegan, Their allergen menu is wrong, The food runners are rude

Vegetarian options - Edit
Nice modern space with a few veg options. They don’t specify vegan vs vegetarian so that can be tricky. Also they assume it’s family style, so when your dumplings come out you don’t know what’s what. Had to cut some open to see what the filling was. Good if you are with non-vegans but there are places with much more options within a five minute walk.
