OK for vegans but not brilliant

Coffee shop and cafe serving cakes and all day breakfast. An impressive range of vegan cakes which are v tasty. However, more vegan savoury options are needed. The only one explicitly marked on the menu is avocado on toast (yawn). You can also get peanut butter on toast (this was underwhelming - not enough PB provided). My preference is to get a few ‘second serves’ (extras) to make my own breakfast - see photo. This is really tasty and satisfying, but expensive for what it is (over £10 for the four items I chose). It would be great to see a vegan breakfast here, ideally including some scrambled tofu for added protein.
