Terrible service and rude staff.
30 minutes after we ordered, a staff member informed us, for Fajitas they ran out of rice, and can offer fries instead, which they should have mentioned at the time of placing the order and not after 30 minutes while we waited. We were famished and at that point we wanted to eat, so we agreed to take fries instead. When the food arrived, fajitas looked alright and my chicken confit looked absolutely delicious but was cold. Not room temperature, not lukewarm warm, proper cold! It seemed they left chicken on the shelf while sorting out the rice situation. I am not a fan of wasting food so requested the chicken to be re heated but the staff member insisted to make a new one and that it would be ready in 5minutes. 10minutes later my friend was done with fajitas while I still awaited my chicken, I asked the server to cancel the order as I did not want to eat alone. The server said the plate I returned was so hot that he burnt his finger when he put it in the chicken. Not only they messed up our orders and didn’t care having ruined the evening by wasting our time while normalising ice cold food and telling the customer they are lying.
