Kleine Auswahl an Eis Sorten. Ca. die Hälfte vegan und klar gekennzeichnet. Die Kugel kostet 1,50€ und ist eher groß.

They have changing variations of ice cream and mostly about half of it are vegan. Their ice cream tasted amazing and you can search in the internet what flavours they are offering that day before you go there.

Love the selection - Edit
Love that the selection is changing but nonetheless small everyday. I was never disappointed, but I am not vegan and take a lot of the flavours with milk.

Considering the good reviews and the long queue outside, I gave Zeitgeist several chances, all of which disappointed me, unfortunately. The vegan flavors are either 1) fruit sorbets, although not all of their sorbets are vegan or 2) some kind of artisanal mix of flavors such as „pineapple curry“ (which was unfortunately not good).

The good things are that it‘s made in-House and that their cones and dark chocolate coating are vegan.

Good ice-cream with big portions - Edit
We usually go there first when we want to go for a walk by the Rhein river. The queue can be very long, but it's also very good ice-cream with very big portions. Some flavours are on the menu every day, some are changing. Unfortunately, they don't always have vegan dark chocolate. So sometimes only the fruit sorbets are vegan. (Maybe check their Facebook in advance.) However, the cones are vegan, and they have a chocolate coating which is vegan too - only recommended if it's not too hot, might be messy at 30 degrees.

in the summer you will find the queue goes out all the way to the street and around the corner, but don't worry! Turns are very quick and you will be there quicker than you think.
Read moreThey have lots of special, changing flavors, and toppings like dark chocolate etc. It's also just a jump from the train main station, but behind it, so you need to get out from the back entrance.

I really love "zeitgeist". They have vegan cones, very big but cheap portions and daily changing ice creams which are posted on their homepage. Vegan ice creams are always clearly labeled.

Best ice cream in town - Edit
You don't get that much flavour for so little money anywhere else. Only 1 Euro per scoop - and the scoops are huge! Ice cream tastes very natural. Has vegan cones.
