Siempre tienen un menú del día de tres tiempos con opción vegana, he ido 3 veces y en todas he salido satisfecha, un menú muy variado, tanto sus ensaladas como sus platos principales son creativos y deliciosos. Además tienen unos deliciosos pinchos en 1€ bastante llenadores que son muy convenientes si estás de paso y quieres algo rápido y económico. 100% recomendable

The menu of the day was delicious; the generous concept lets you choose 2 out of 3 plates on offer and comes with a desert included. I had a daring and tasty mushroom-mango ceviche, and an old-school grandma potato-green bean soup, it was delicous. Serves also gluten free options. The soy-capuccino was tasty too.

We arrived 17:30 they where not serving food at this hour. So i did eat there. But its not vegan. They offered pincho de Tortilla made from eggs.

A few steps from the cathedral is the almost purely vegan restaurant and cultural center Manglar, which we even visited twice: once at noon for the Pinchos and then again in the evening. As an appetizer we got three different dips with plenty of bread, after which we felt already well saturated.

u can pass by for a drink or to join some of their cultural events. but if u want to eat a meal u might wanna reserve since it's especially bussy on the weekends.
