We had the jackfruit taquitos and the black bean pupusa. Both delicious. They have an almond milk horchata but the person working the counter didn’t know for sure if it was vegan. It seems like it would be, so if anyone knows that would be helpful! Anyway a great vegan friendly spot at reading terminal market.

Great Vegan Pupusas! - Edit
I haven’t been able to have pupusas since I’ve become a vegan. I was so excited to come across El Merkury in the Reading Terminal Market. The vegan jalapeño black bean pupusas were wonderful, and I can’t wait to try their chipotle jackfruit taquitos. I wish there was room to eat there because I would have loved to eat them on the spot. I hope in the future they’ll consider making vegan churros because they look amazing.
