Great tasting food - Edit
We found this place on the Too Good to Go app, and tried the lunch offer for £3.50. For the price we got a decent portion of three stews plus injera, all of which tasted great! The injera was wonderful and fresh, which really helped mop up the food. Not much space to sit if you want to stay, so takeaway is probably the best option.

Cons: Not much seating, Market isn’t very attractive to visit

All round delicious experience! - Edit
We were staying in the area and found Elsa's Vegan Kitchen on the app.
Read moreIt is just inside the entrance of the Broadway Markets, and it had nice bustling street vibes and reggae tunes from the shop next door. There are 2 tables with colourful Ethiopian baskets on them, and the owner is super friendly.
We started with the lentil soup, and the flavours were sensational! Then, we had the share plate with six vegetable sauces. It is huge and delicious. All tasted fresh with spices, ginger, tumeric, chilli.
If you are in the area definitely check it out.
Pros: Lovely owner., Loads of flavour!, Local vibes.

lovely okra stew - Edit
I love Ethiopian injera and this is what they serve here with various stews you can choose from.

Good but pricey - Edit
I’d say the food was really nice just a little expensive for what it was. If you’re getting too good to go from them it’s an absolute bargain otherwise I’d say visit once but because of the price maybe not again

Nice and tasty but could be more eco-friendly - Edit
Ethiopian good is so good! Beautiful tasty food. 100% vegan. Nice portions. Pricey but not that bad for this area. I just regret that the packaging for takeaways has to be those hard polystyrene boxes. They’re not even leak proof anyway so surely there could be a better solution. Bring your own box!! Love the injera bread and it feels good to support a small local business.

Cons: Wasteful packaging , A bit oily (if that’s a concern for you), Not a lot of different options (but all yummy!)

Delicious! - Edit
Very tasty food all made from scratch - stews and curried dishes served with rice or injera (traditional bread made with teff flour). Small table option but easy to take away.
Read morePros: Great portion sizes , Takes cards
Cons: Not a restaurant
