Good coffee and several vegan options clearly marked - Edit
I have welcomed seeing these coffee shops in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. They have good coffee and several good vegan options. Pretty much the opposite of Starbucks.

Tried their vegan chocolate cookie - so yummy! A little pricey, but thats to be expected at nice cafés/coffee shops.
