Like in a true shwarma place, they have options of different "meats". Me and my boyfriens ordered two different meals and we both really enjoyed.

Amazing vegan shawarma - Edit
I was skeptical to try vegan shawarma but it turned out to be one of the best meals I've ever eaten! There are two plant-based shawarma proteins to choose from: soy-based and Redefine brand. (I tried the soy shawarma and it was excellent.)

Read moreWe had the redefined kebab and shawarma in a pita. With hindsight, next time will order the redefined kebab (this was the better of the two) as a platter, and have chips and falafel on the side.
Looking forward to coming back.

Wir hatten neben Shawarma auch Schnitzel und Falafel - alles vegan und sehr lecker! Der Inhaber ist sehr nett und flexibel. Wir haben Falafel zu probieren bekommen und auch kurz vor Feierabend und Pessach noch eine sehr nette Bedienung trotz etwas weniger Auswahl.

Incredible place. Wonderful vegan shawarma and vegan schnitzel. I was so excited to be able to try these Israeli staples. And you can grab it on the way to the beach!

Excellent falafel. Sometimes the best food is hidden away in a corner. We eat a lot of Israeli food in the US, but wanted something authentic within hours of touching ground. Our great sandwiches were a nice start to our trip. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. There are a lot of options out there but I advocate supporting this business.

A new vegan street food eatery, not far from the Carmel Market (open on weekdays) and right off Nachalat Binyamin Art Fair (open Tuesdays and Fridays).

There are a few seats outside but also benches around the corner on Rambam st., for those who prefer eating a bit further away from the bustling and loud Allenby st.
