A small-batch, fully vegan, handcrafted premium gelato made entirely from plants (nuts). Locally sourced, house-made flavors change with the seasons. Gelato is served on freshly made vegan, gluten-free sourdough waffles for an indulgent, sustainable treat. Great flavors, great service. We ended up getting every flavor, they're all tasty but the pluot maple pecan was amazing!! The waffles are a delicious partner to the gelato. And the flavors are very good without coconut or strange undertones. Thinking about going back for another now....

Read moreThis is a new company. They had 4 flavors of ice cream, fruits and other toppings for waffles. I had the waffle with 2 scoops of ice cream. Really good. My fav was the pecan ice cream. And it’s not coconut based.

Intensely rich, flavorful, and creamy. The servings are small and that’s good cause a little goes a long way. Can’t wait to go back and try the other flavors, though!
