Vegan coffee shop and grocery store: say no more! - Edit
Food Sentimentale is both a coffee shop and a vegan grocery store in the center of Bayonne. The owner is very friendly, the drinks are delicious and carefully prepared, and the menu is mouthwatering. We tried the hummus (to die for) and some sandwiches and salads. Everything was very good.

Der kleine Shop bietet eine große Auswahl an Fleisch-/Käsealternativen, Aufstriche, Süßigkeiten, Eis, TK-Pizza, Saucen, Riegeln, Tortellini....eigentlich alles, was das vegane Herz benötigt und eventuell im Südwesten Frankreichs braucht.
Read moreIm vorderen Teil befindet sich ein Café in dem Frühstück, Mittagessen und unterschiedliche Desserts angeboten werden. In einer kleinen Vitrine im Kassenbereich gibt es darüber hinaus noch verschiedene Törtchen und Kuchen.
Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und sprach auch englisch, falls mensch mit seinem französisch nicht weiter kam.

We enjoyed the wonderful bowl options late this morning for brunch. We tried the falafel bowl and another (middle eastern?). They were delicious, filling and full of fresh ingredients. I especially enjoyed the tahini dressing. It was just what we needed after a disappointing dinner at another restaurant the night beforebefore.

Ik was hier op vrijdagmiddag 15.30 uur en ik had nog niet geluncht. Ik bestelde en salade met aubergine en falafel en een matcha met framboos. Als toetje naam ik sinaasappelbloesem en pistache cake. Het was heerlijk. Als ik weer in Bayonne ben, ga ik zeker terug.

Read moreBayonne est bien servie avec Food Sentimentale. On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin : épicerie, frais, surgelés. Il y a tout le temps des nouveautés.
La gérante est toujours de bon conseil. Elle connaît ses produits sur le bout des doigts.
On peut aussi y manger le midi ou prendre un goûter. C’est toujours très gourmand !

I've been going to Food Sentimentale since it opened & since then the lunch / café aspect has been added. Its a great addition because the food is delicious, filling & tasty. Apart from that the epicerie part is a great place to find unusual vegan items, gifts & essentials. I really hope it stays open because its a great addition to Bayonne. Merci Sarah.

Great find for lunch. We had the ‘Bowl summer vibes’ followed by cakes and coffee. All very tasty and refreshing. Highly recommended.
Read more(Would prefer a menu choice that didn’t contain a fake meat/cheese substitute but that’s just a personal preference).

We came here for lunch. We had a fish burger and a salmon bagel (though it wasn't really a bagel). For us, it tasted too much like the original, but that's just personal taste. We bought two pieces of cake to take with us and they tasted good. The shop has lots of vegan items from different countries to choose from.

Read moreCôté café, il y a plusieurs boissons inhabituelles que j'ai trouvées vraiment très bonnes (on a testé un golden latté, une boisson violette CBD et le sésame).
L'endroit est joli avec une atmosphère reposante malgré l'ouverture sur l'épicerie juste derrière. On a pu s'asseoir dans un canapé c'était très sympa.
