Brilliant pastries

Visited here on recommendation from one of my friends - the pastries here are some of the best I’ve ever eaten, and the best bit is that they’re completely vegan!

Pros: Friendly staff, Brilliant pastry

Cons: Not great at coffee

Vegan bakery heaven!

I wish everywhere was like this where you are spoilt for choice rather than being stuck with whatever the vegan option is.

Sweet and savoury pastries, breads and foccacia on offer. Pastries are a generous size and a reasonable price. I will pop in every time I'm passing and am looking forward to trying everything on the menu. Highly recommend!

The interior is very small but there is outdoor seating.

Paradise

The best pastries of my life and I have high standards being French. That vegan almond croissant and the vegan Forest roll were absolute bomb.

Fully vegan and delicious

Fully vegan, delicious pastries both sweet and savoury. A range of breads as well.

Close to Temple Meads - good if you're traveling but can be difficult to get to if you live elsewhere in Bristol.

Pros: Fully vegan, Savoury options , Delicious

Cons: Location

Excellent pastries

I was walking past when I saw a sign outside that advertised cakes and pastries. I went inside expected one or two vegan options and was very surprised when the employee told me it was an entirely vegan bakery. They sell mostly to other cafes in the area, it will sell to passers by if they’re open when you walk by. The pistachio swirl was excellent!

You had me at vegan pastries

Forest bakery supplies many of my favourite coffee shops.

The vegan almond croissant is epic.

The best vegan croissants

I’ve not found a better vegan croissant! Have got my friends/ family to try and they agree - yum!
They do lots of different pastry options & a pizza too

Pros: Lots of options , Home delivery

Cons: Very limited opening times, No stockists outside of the very centre , I’m just outside the delivery boundary

Great vegan bakery

Forest Bakery have recently opened a serving hatch to the public. They serve a small but delicious range of vegan pastries and breads.

I shared an apple crumble and custard Danish and a Forest Bun (pecan and cinnamon swirl). The apple was particularly good - with nice tart apples and not the over-sweetened apple you sometimes find in baked goods.

The pastries do feel a little pricey (£2.60 for a Danish), but are high quality.

Note - there is no seating available

Pros: Regular new specials
