Great lunch option - Edit
Everything on the menu is vegan, and it's very easy to put together your own custom bowl. Mine was quinoa-based and featured vegan chicken bits, peanut hummus, beetroots, curry cauliflower, salad, and chipotle sauce. Great option for lunch!
