This was probably one of the best meals I've had in my life, and definitely the best we had in Berlin. The menu is huge, and has a great variety (sushi, ramen, soups, curries, noodles, rice dishes, desserts). Prices were very fair, and the portion sizes were quite large. Everything was delicious, and tasted very fresh. My non-vegan partner also enjoyed it a lot.
Read moreThe decor is nice, and the staff was very quick & friendly. Their cocktails are also quite tasty, and the area around the restaurant is great for a stroll or a coffee (if you still have room afterwards). I'm honestly sad I don't live in Berlin so I could come here every day.

They have different desserts, but the baked ice-cream is really special.
The non alcoholic mocktails are a tad overpriced.

Delicious sushi (and all vegan)! Everything was excellent, but the aubergine and oshinko roll was definitely the best (the vegetables were generally more flavourful/interesting than the vegan fish). Also loved the wakame salad and Red Sun lemonade. 10/10!!

Nice restaurant with lot of options. I had a shiitake soup as a starter and a really great curry with crispy tofu. And a lovely drink with mango and coconutmilk. Good portions! The staff is friendly and the serve food untill midnight.

We visited this restaurant a few weeks ago for lunch. There we had the best sushi ever (and we have been to Japan, so imagine). It's so delightful to have so many options to choose from, in a nicely decorated restaurant, with staff that smiles at you a makes small conversation as well. The extra? The small "smoke" show they make when you order sushi is just wonderful!

Wir hatten beide Ramen, ich habe mir für 3€ Aufpreis noch vegane Ente in die Ramen dazu bestellt und das hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt, weil die Ente echt lecker ist. Die beiden Getränke waren auch mega. Eine Sache hatte uns verwirrt: ein Getränk stand mit Honig auf der Karte aber als wir nachgefragt haben meinte der Kellner, dass es Agavendicksaft ist. Das Personal war super süß und freundlich.

I had no.27 on the menu, the karaage chicken. Usually, chicken alternatives tend to be a bit dry, but this was so moist and tender. If you are put off by the texture of 'meat' it still tasted vegan, just a nice change from the usual fake chicken.
Read moreMy boyfriend ordered no.22, tantan ramen. With tofu, green onion, chilli, pak choi and sesame. He said it was very nice. A lot better than he expected.
We also ordered no.6 horenso gyozas and they were really yummy. Served with chilli oil. The texture of the filling was so satisfying.
Good price except for the bottle of water we ordered. ( over €6!?)

The sushi and the curry were very good. The fancy sushi “sculptures” are totally unnecessary though. The ambiance can be improved since the place looks and feels like all the other generic Asian restaurants here.

We had a very mixed experience at Golden Ginkgo. My friends loved the gyozas, the sushi not so much. We found the sushi to be quite bland, and the fake fish to be slimy and not exactly flavorful. We had to push to get the miso soup that was meant to come with our set menu. Strange experience with the staff. Overall I wouldn't go again when there are so many pleasant vegan spots around the city.

Very nice Japanese Restaurant in front of the Lido Club. Very friendly people and a nice food. They make fantastic crunchy Tofu and have very nice cocktails with or without alcohol.
