Many bakeries with fresh baked breads including authentic French artisan baguettes, bread and pastries. Gourmet Market - Edit
Not as vegan friendly as everyone made it out to be. There were no vegan yogurts—milks, yes—but I only was able to get some protein bars (of which they had a small selection) and some soy milk. I found myself wishing I hadn’t spent so much time looking for vegan products here.

Nice supermarketi for everyone who likes fresh and healthy food. You can find there soya, almond yogurt, variety of europian products, vegetable milks etc. A bit pricy.

Super tasty take out salad! - Edit
Really convenient place to get a great take away salad (or 2). Roasted and fresh vegetables, seeds, nuts, olives, sun dried tomatoes, and other vegan toppings. Pay by weight--a packed full container (heavy on the roasted veg) costs around 250 thb. A bit pricey, and some items change from day to day, but very nice quality and wide selection. Addictive! There are some meat and non-vegan items, but easily avoidable.
