Great vegan taco's - Edit
Perfect if you want vegan street food tacos. It's a cute place with enough space to sit. No fine dining or anything, just nice tacos with 'meat'

Great experience here. We were seated immediately, were given excellent recommendations by our server and our food came in under 5 minutes.

Just hype - Edit
I don’t understand the hype with this place, food did not taste good. We order the birria jalisco style, the tacos were fair but the consome(soup) did not taste well, it had too many condiments. Then we also had the pastor torta(was the worse) and the molletes both were tasteless. Service was slow and generally the food felt old and cold I needed to request that the French fries to be re-fried since they were too cold. Cafe de olla was warm but not hot. I am never coming back to this place.

Great Food, Good Price - Edit
This place is great! Fun atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating available. I had the veggie burrito, chips/guacamole, and flan. All were very good and good portion sizes. The salsas and pickled cabbage they offer we’re all perfect. Great, friendly service. Must stop if you are in Mex City.

Delicioso todo! - Edit

Gracias Madre — April 2023 - Edit
Visited for breakfast and absolutely loved it. The chilaquiles torta in particular was so delicious and not something I can find in the US so I highly recommend that. Serving size was a little small but price is affordable so I don’t mind! Loved it so much we came a second time for dinner and unfortunately it wasn’t quite as good — but maybe it was just the items we ordered (flautas and pozole). The flautas were weirdly gritty. Still recommend coming for breakfast though!

Seems decent - Edit
We went in a big group 40 mins before close, they would only do takeout. Everyone enjoyed their burritos. Shame to miss the seated dine. Staff were coldish and keen to see us leave; I know I was in the group so I’m biased but we weren’t drunk or rowdy. Think they just wrap up about 10pm

Don’t come here - Edit
Do not waste your time coming here. I reiterate do not waste your time coming here. After multiple attempts trying to process our payment online their online system does not accept American cards. We decided to get an Uber to pick up our food. Upon arrival we were told by the main waiter (Argentinian) paying with card was for a certain economic status wtf my fiancé and I thought we heard wrong but then came to realize we had been told such thing. Luckily we had cash and gave the waiter 1,000 pesos. We then decided to check our items and we were missing things. While checking our order a young lady sitting to the side of us had to spit her food out due to biting into a small rock size piece of glass. The main waiter (Argentinian) took the glass and didn’t even go back to their table to apologize for what occurred he chickened out and went to go hide behind the register. Before we left we mentioned we were missing limes and so we were told the limes were going to be for the people eating there another wtf. Keep in mind they were about to close. We also realized once we got to our hotel we were still missing some items. I would like to leave off by saying do not come to this place take you time and money somewhere else.

Favorite spot in CDMX - Edit
GM really took care of me when I was in CDMX for two weeks for work. The tacos and tortas are fantastic and the staff super friendly and warm. Dining in they set you up with limes, rotating pickled veggies, and their two house salsas which are both delicious. Over two weeks, I tried 4 or 5 of their taco varieties, three different burritos, and two tortas--all were awesome but the tacos are the best, especially dining in. I wouldn't recommend ordering the tacos to-go just because they sort of fall apart and don't come with the usual cilantro and red onion, so for to-go orders I'd recommend one of their more portable options. Loved the place so much I left Mexico with one of their awesome and very affordable t-shirts. I'll be looking forward to my next visit for sure!

Our favourite restaurant in México City - Edit
We loved this restaurant! Went there on our first day in Mexico City and could not have chosen a better place to start! We have tried several other restaurants and street vendors during our stay but this remained our favourite! The tacos were way better than at Por siempre vegano in our opinion. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and there were plenty of options to sit with a nice atmosphere :)

Good local flavor - Edit
Gracias Madre is a popular neighborhood eatery offering excellent tacos, a great burrito, and plenty of other options. I found the Burrito Gracias Madre to be tasty and filling, the tacos to be great for mix-and-match meals, and the guacamole and nopales OK as sides. The green juice is excellent — fresh and refreshing. The buñuelos make a sweet finish for those so inclined.

I ate here three times over the course of three days. I was really obsessed with the al pastor tacos. So delicious and a great value. Also I had a tasty mezcal cocktail that might be the best alcoholic beverage I’ve ever had.
