We liked The Graze - Edit
Driving from the Blue Ridge 8 hours with directions for this place, then Hotel. We had a dark arrival off 40 in Nashville, past town to the burbs where The Graze is a cornerstone for the "plaza" though still hiding in plain site due to simplicity. Very welcoming when it came. Got lucky, busy place, and got a freshly renewed table by the window which made a HUGE difference in this review as some seats were bar stools and others in center of room adjacent to a few other small tables! Yea us for timing that somehow!
Read moreThe app came super quick!! WOW, and we ordered the *Crab cakes. They were AMAZING ) Best of the selections rated by the adults.
Mac and Cheese was very cashew tasting but next day that was less noticed and more blended and chowed down in minutes! Really good but overpriced.
Green enchilada was a huge winner with my 13 year old, score there too! He ordered the Spaghetti and wheat-balls ( I say pass on those wheat-balls ) but he ate that whole meal the next day! Gotta say, win again.
Back to the crab cakes, imo, the only reason to return for us adults! Most is nothing to write a review about, good steady healthy all that in everything! Without them though, 4 stars for sure. Staff was super fun and sweet even! Yea Nashville, the Wild Cow and now The GRAZE!

Great vegan brunch on the weekends and yummy dinner menu the rest of the week. - Edit
Went for my first time during brunch. So many great options. I was really happy with the breakfast burrito I got, but REALLY wanted to try the Mac and cheeze(not on the brunch menu). So I came back for dinner a few weeks later and OMG. Both the Ruben and the Mac and Cheeze were AMAZING!

Worth the wait - Edit
Totally satisfying brunch. I had the breakfast bowl and a side of the potatoes. My cousin had the roasted veggie biscuit and we shared the brownie sundae. Excellent flavors. Good hollandaise sauce and cheese sauce. Robust portions and a pleasant server. It’s a small venue so call ahead or be prepared for a long wait.

Vegan BLOODY MARY - Edit
If they ran out of everything on the menu and could only offer me a vegan bloody mary, I would sit all day long and enjoy every drop of it and never complain once. Luckily, our large group of carnivores and vegans all enjoyed everything on their menu. Our favorites included the Breakfast Bowl and the Biscuits and Gravy. Did I mention the bloody mary?

Good Food - Edit
My husband and I had Graze the first time this week. The Be-Hive BLT was spicy but very tasty. Would definitely get again. The Green Chili Burrito's queso wasn't my favorite texture. Tasted like white breakfast gravy. Loved the side of seasonal veggies. They had good flavor. Could not fit dessert in this visit but hopefully next time as their options sounded amazing!

Mouthgasm! - Edit
After Graze was kind enough to offer a former special over again when I was visiting Nashville, my husband and I couldn't refuse! We went by for brunch so I could get the breakfast quesadilla. It was massive and so scrumptious! 10/10. Definitely one of my favorite meals ever.
Read moreWe also ordered cauliflower sausage (definitely try it. Yum.) and loaded potatoes. Although a little small, it's great nonetheless. It was really satisfying. I loved the queso.
They serve unsweet black currant tea. My husband and I are big black tea drinkers and this was enjoyed by both of us! I can't wait to go back.
Pros: Customer service!! , So many good menu items

my all time favorite restaurant - Edit
Graze is the best!! I moved to Nashville a year ago and this is the place I went the day I signed my lease. It has a special place in my heart. For breakfast, get the breakfast burrito and loaded potatoes. My all time favorite food (ever) is their Mac and chorizo! My boyfriend (who I met here!) and I go here all the time. 😍

Yummy! - Edit
Amazing vegan gluten-free meal at Graze: chickpea bay cakes (vegan crab cakes), country cabbage/squash soup, brussels and mushrooms as a salad (vs. a sandwich) and a gf brownie ice cream sundae “dessert bar!” The flavor profile of those crab cakes was unreal! I took home leftovers of everything except the ice cream, whipped cream and peanut sauce. Enough for a second meal on Friday.

When we eat out we typically don’t order appetizers or desserts. But at graze we did because the food was so great! Nacho cheese and kombucha beer was excellent. We could not get enough left full and happy.

The best for junk food! - Edit
We got spaghetti and wheatballs, mac and chorizo, chorizo con papas, and potatoes smothered in cashew cheese and tastiness. Probably not healthy, but good for a junk food fix!

So many delicious choices - Edit
Classy vibe with a fantastic array of delicious entrees, appetizers, and sandwiches . I got the green chili burrito which was savory and not spicy, as well as the buffalo “chicken” quesadilla. I’m not a fan of Daiya cheese , which was definitely in the quesadilla, but it was loaded with delicious vegetables.
