A Great Place to GRAZE - Edit
The only negative about Graze was that the wait time was super long, we waited for 45 minutes to be seated. The good news is they have a system where you give them your number and you can leave and they call when they have a table. We ordered off of the Brunch Menu and had the Biscuits & Gravy, the Hot Tempeh Biscuit, and the Chia Parfait. Everything was so delicious. They have a large variety of kombucha and alcoholic drinks. I loved having a good vegan breakfast.

Cons: long wait time, water wasn’t cold, smaller portion sizes

Disappointed - Edit
My husband and I are both vegan, and we couldn’t wait to try this place based on reviews and recommendations from our Lyft driver. Apparently they were having an “off” night, or we just chose all the wrong items from the menu. The chickpea “crab” cakes were bland, but the “tartar sauce” was really good. We were in Nashville (home of the hot chicken), so I really wanted the hot tempeh sandwich, but it had almost no spice at all, only 4 slices of tempeh, and the sandwich was very dry overall. The Mac N Cheez was flavorless, and desperately needed salt (which wasn’t provided on the table). My husband got the green chili burrito which had spinach, quinoa, and potatoes inside. The potatoes were so black that the burnt flavor infused the whole burrito, and the green chili cauliflower cheez was missing any hint of spices. The guacamole with the burrito was very good. Overall, my favorite part of the meal was the “tartar sauce”. I really want to support any restaurant that is brave enough to be 100% vegan, but this isn’t a place I would want to return. I’ve had vegan food all over the country, and sadly, this place just misses the mark.

New favorite restaurant - Edit
The food here is incredible! I loved everything I tried: the baycakes appetizer, the spaghetti and wheatballs, and the chocolate chip cookie dough cupcake for desert. Portions were a bit too big, if anything. We sat at the bar, had great service, and enjoyed the atmosphere. This is my new favorite restaurant, and I can't wait to go back.

Easily my favorite restaurant.... - Edit
So I keep coming back here and each time I want my regular dish (spaghetti with wheat balls) and I always want to add other things! So we try apps or split other entrees...it is ALL so GOOD! I wish I lived closer to this place! I’ve had the seitan steak, the home fries with cashew cheese sauce (to die for!), spaghetti / wheat balls, hot ‘wings’, con papas burrito... and I can’t remember what else. Every single thing I’ve eaten here is made with care and flavor...it really shows. I recommend this to anyone coming through town or wanted a special night out. I wish they were open for lunch during the week! Only open at 4 😢

I will dream of this place...❤️ - Edit
This particular visit to Nashville was for a work conference. There were 4 travelers in total..2 vegan, 2 non-vegan. I was not surprised to see a few fully vegan establishments pop up on Happy Cow, but HOLY COW!!! GRAZE IS AMAZING! My two non-vegan coworkers thought they were just being good, supportive friends by tagging along, but they were blown away, as well! We had a TON of food. Loaded potatoes (my FAVORITE!), Brussel sprouts, bruschetta, and the bay cakes for starters. Our entrees were seitan steak and potatoes (shocking how perfect the seitan was!!!), two different burritos, and mac and chorizo. All perfect. Really!! I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful of a dining experience we had. The staff was delightful and the decor was warm and comfortable. Can’t wait to be back in Nash just for Graze!

It's an intersting feeling, looking at a menu and knowing you can order ANYTHING on it! I had the bisquits and gravy, and it was fabulous! Everything on the menu looked amazing! Our waitress was pretty slow, but in her defense, I was there on Sunday after church had let out, so it was packed!

Great food, great menu options - Edit
The food at Graze is pretty impressive. I’ve had several menu items and enjoyed them all. I was really impressed when I ordered the “steak” and potatoes— the texture is UNBELIEVABLE. They also have great desserts. I only wish this place had better take out service. It’s hard to get acknowledged and hard to move around due to the set up.

i loved this spot so much! i am visiting from california and was so excited to try this. both my mom and sister aren’t vegan but they enjoyed our meal just as much as i did (which is very hit & miss). i ordered the loaded potatoes & macaroni salad. both were 10/10. the macaroni salad was so spot on, it tastes like everything i remember about it. loaded potatoes had a cashew cheese pico de guao & guac on top, so so good.

Best of Nashville (and perhaps the world) - Edit
Wow. Literally had the best meal ever here. Enjoyed some wings that so much like the real thing I was taken back. My partner’s ‘steak’ inspired me to try and be more creative with seiten, as it was so delicious and a fabulous idea. My mac & chorizo was orgasmic!!! The menu was full of any kind of vegan food you could want (without be too all over the place), and the drink selection was fabulous. I wish there were more vegan restaurants like ‘Graze’.

I’ve visited this location twice. The first time the kitchen seemed to be out of everything on the menu.
Read moreAlso, when I informed the waiter of my soy allergy- he made some comment about how it would be difficult because vegan dishes (not just at this establishment) are soy based...
Ummm NOPE!
Anyway, the second time I called when they opened for take out. The Alfredo was amazing and the cashew cheese potatoes were delicious.
I would love to come here more but they need more soy-free options

We were here the day before the eclipse and both Graze and Wild Cow had 2 hour wait times. We opted to get takeout from Graze, which meant a thirty minute wait. But the food was so worth it and the guy who took our order was awesome. Would recommend the seitan steak, Philly, and pineapple cheesecake. Yum.

I had 2 starters for dinner, my partner had a main. We were both thrilled. Happy hour rolled around and it's sick cheap, cocktails are quite nice, especially for the price! Our server/bartender was sweet, knowledgeable and extremely friendly.

delicous - Edit
I came to Nash w friends for reunion. I have been vegan for one month. We planned to head to wine and food festival. I broke my vegan status for the sake of getting into the southern spirit. I spent all night sick in every way. I finally crawled out of the house for Sunday sustenance before flying out. The chorizo burrito brought me back to life. Not to mention, was DELICIOUS!!! I wish Phoenix had more 100% vegan restaurants. But just one like this would make me happy forever!! Thank you!

Good Sunday Brunch - Edit
They're closed when i'm in their area most of the time (they're actually the sister restaurant to The Wild Cow) but I went for brunch with a friend one Sunday and it was really good. I had the breakfast bowl and it came with tempeh bacon and a piece of sausage, even a biscuit. I also added veggies to it and it was so good. My friend got the chia parfait and the fruit was really good quality. Also shared a banana pudding, it was good but not great.

The specialty cocktails looked really good. It's owned by the same people that have The Wild Cow and it definitely has a different vibe. I bit more upscale, hipster. Nashville is lucky to have these 2 laces and if we come back to Nashville we will definitely be stopping by!

Amazing food in a really nice area! We went with some family members who aren't vegans and they loved it. One said that if he could eat food like that every day he'd go vegan in a heartbeat. We went for Sunday brunch and the breakfast burritos were amazing!

Happenin' in East Nashville - Edit
Pleased with service and food. Crowded upon arrival so our host took my number and called when a table was ready, about a 15 min wait on a Wednesday at 6:30. Little foot juice was excellent, chorizo burrito excellent, bruchetta bread was really hard, a bit over toasted but still good with balsamic drizzle. Chef salad needs a bigger plate or smaller bite size pieces, had to wrangle with it to eat it. Proseco was perfect in generous portion in a cute stemless champagne glass, nice touch. Wait staff is friendly, energetic and diverse. Also took a double chocolate cupcake to go, very tasty and not overly sweet.

They label soy free, gluten free options on the menu (though they are pretty limited!). I splurged and had the chorizo burrito. It was SO delicious. I have never eaten a soy dish this good. The potatoes were cooked to perfection and it had so much flavor. This place was awesome!
