Compose your own salad - tasty! - Edit
The concept of Green & Go is not a new one, but definitely appreciated in an otherwise not very vegan oriented region. You can either pick a salad off the menu or request you own one with the ingredients of your choice. First you pick a base (green salad, couscous, black rice, pasta, etc. - small or big) and then you go to the counter and ask to add the ingredients of your choice. There are many vegan toppings available and I appreciated the vegan mayo.
Read moreOverall we enjoyed our salads. The portion sizes of the toppings were on the smaller side, but everything looked fresh and tasted fine. The salads were a bit expensive, especially when considering the lack of any real protein-rich vegetal toppings (they had edamame, but no tofu/seitan/tempeh/beans/etc.).
They have seating inside and outside. Clearly more of a lunch place.
Pros: Fresh salads made to your taste, Friendly service
Cons: Somewhat expensive for a salad, Lack of vegan protein sources as toppings

Unico posto trovato con opzioni vegane in queste zone! Purtroppo ancora qua si fa fatica a trovare posti vegan friendly ma questa catena mi ha piacevolmente stupito. Io ho preso un’insalata di quinoa con olive, carciofi, mais, zucchine grigliate, avocado, maionese veg, crostini di pane, semi misti e mandorle. Tutto buonissimo e tra l’altro spediscono a domicilio e anche nella spiaggia davanti!😍
