Veg Chinese / Malaysian cuisine - Edit
Green Meadow was one of the first restaurants I ever ate at in Malaysia, and because of this, I have a bit of an attachment to it. The food, overall, is pretty tasty and most of the menu is vegan. There are rotating selections based on the day of the week. Their rendition of bibimbap is rather scrumptious and of course it's hard to pass up vegan dumplings. You can also try a warmed black soy milk, if you want. Also, in the parking area of the mall where Green Meadow is located, you can find a durian stand that opens up fresh durian in front you, cuts out the fruit and triple vaccum seals it so your neighbors don't hate you haha.

Nice Concept, Some Good Ideas... - Edit
Seems like it has a very specific business model and as one-off diners, don't know if it is really designed with us in mind. We did order one of the set meals and could see how it was good value as part of the monthly set plan.
Read moreThe food we ordered was all really healthy. They put a lot of vegetables into their noodle/soup dishes and the side dishes are all low-in-salt and bring some nutrition to the meal. A lot of the flavours are very same-same, though. Can't say that it's easy to describe the taste of what we ate after we had eaten it.
A few of the menu/counter items were unavailable, which was a shame.

Pros: Everything Felt VERY Healthy., Daily Set Meal = A Very Good Idea.
Cons: Flavour Definitely Takes A Backseat To Health., Didn't Have Everything As Advertised.

Healthy tasty meal - Edit
My favorite is bibimbap and their steamed dumplings. Very authentic bibimbap with gochujang served in hot stone bowl, healthy yet very satisfying meal.

Tasty healthy food, vegan most of the time - Edit
(Am reposting here my review from the other entry, as that was entered as health food store and does not show up in the restaurant search. Green Meadow is both, health food store. On ground floor, and restaurant on first floor)
Read moreWhile Green Meadow health cafe describes itself as a "vegetarian cafe", the staff told me that they only very seldom use eggs, and dairy not at all. They do use some honey in their drinks (this is quite common in Asia), so the chances are very good that you get a good-tasting, healthy vegan lunch there.
They have a monthly lunch program, where you buy vouchers to either dine in every day (or a defined number of days, with 1 day prior notice) or even get the food delivered to your workplace on weekdays. They also promise to substitute non-vegan items, should they ever be in the set lunch, with vegan options.
I have 3 (non-vegetarian) colleagues who receive the food at least 4 times a week in the company, and who like it a lot for health reasons. When I asked them about the taste, they warned me that it is first and foremost healthy food, so they tend to use less salt, spices etc.
So now I finally went there, and lo and behold, I found the food quite tasty for health food. And they certainly do offer some very tasty options (e.g. the "healthy burger") and brown rice sushi, that taste great and are still healthy. So definitely a place to check out.
Pros: Tasty, healthy food, Vegan most of the time, Lunch subscription available
