Vegan pizza 10 / 10 - Edit
We went to Grosso Napoletano in Zaragoza and the experience was simply incredible. I tried the vegan pizza and it was spectacular: perfectly balanced flavors, the plant-based cheese is amazing (very well done, almost like mozzarella), and the touch of the wood-fired oven gives it a special flavor and texture that makes all the difference.
