Huge variety

The bakery offers many different types of treats. I only got an ice cream "cake" for my spouse, which wasn't our favorite. It was very crumbly and overly sweet without much depth of flavor. I wish I had grabbed a few other things to try.

Delicious

I got a plain croissant, an apple-cinnamon hand pie, and a blueberry hand pie. All were awesome.

Delicious baked goods

Everything I've had here has been delicious. I have no idea how their pastries are so flaky and perfect. The chocolate and icings are also so sweet and creamy. The croissants and pop tarts are my absolute favorites, but everything is amazing. I wish I lived closer!!

INCREDIBLE unique bakery

Happy Little Treats is an amazing addition to vegan Columbus. They have so many gourmet and unique baked goods, including croissants, cookies, cakes, tarts, pastries, pop tarts, and they even have great creamy vegan lattes. They have both savory and sweet pastries, and everything is so reasonably priced. Pastries are usually priced around $4. I definitely recommend grabbing a croissant.

Pros: Great price, Huge variety

Happy Little Treats

FANTASTIC all vegan bakery that has become a staple for our family! I've been here several times and everything we've tasted has been AMAZING.
Their croissants are a must try, with my favorite being the ham & cheese croissant they serve every Sat/Sun.
Everyone working at the bakery has been nice and helpful. Free parking (High street and Greenwood Ave lot) on Sundays.

Amazing pop tarts, quality baked goods all-round

The pop tarts are definitely a winner at this bakery, although the pesto croissant was pretty good too. I didn't have time to come back, but I would have definitely liked to have tried the other pop tart flavors. The pastry is the perfect texture balancing out the sweet filling.

SoooooooooGood!

My girlfriend visited a friend in Ohio and came across this bakery. She bought out the gluten free case and brought it all home to me because it’s so hard to find gf and vegan baked goods.
Oh my god everything has been delish!
We split a brienie and a Blondie so far (their desserts are HUGE) and they were to die for!
I’m excited to try everything else she brought back!!!

Delish pastries/desserts that happen to be vegan also

Fantastic choices & so delicious. My non vegan in laws that I visited in OH said the treats were delicious before they happened to find out they were vegan. Cookies & doughnuts were a big hit!

Pros: All vegan menu, Several GF options

Try their pop-tarts!

Found this place while visiting Eden Burger, they carry a few of their baked goodies there. It’s a cute shop right on High Street, can’t miss it. I managed to snag two of their pop tarts and the idea was that I’d eat them for breakfast the next morning but they didn’t last long around me, I ate them very quickly. I went with lemon-blueberry and spiced pear which I believe is their seasonal flavor. They’re fried breakfast pastries covered in icing, holy hell they are delicious. They also offered a variety of other baked goods, massive chocolate croissants, muffins, cookies, pop tarts, and even doggy snacks which we got as well. I’ll definitely be stopping in almost every time I visit Columbus.

Pros: All vegan, Extremely tasty , Dog loved the treats!

Cons: Too tasty, bad for the waistline

Best Bakery in Columbus

Since transitioning to vegan, our household has been very sad to not go to stores like Fox in the Snow, Bake Me Happy, etc. that don’t have a large vegan menu, if at all. Luckily, Happy Little Treats has established itself this pandemic as not only the best vegan bakery we’ve ever visited, but the best bakery in Columbus. Anything you choose to eat here will be superb. I cannot wait to use it for birthday cakes, bring treats to the office, or giving to the random indulgence. Cannot recommend more.

Go-to for delish vegan treats

So convenient for campus students and my occasional sweet tooth cravings. So many poptart flavors. Everything is good, don’t have a favorite.

Vegan bakery heaven

Everything is good! The scones, twists and donuts are my favorites - I leave the gym and go straight there which is why I have to work out because I can't live without these treats.

Bakery Only & No Sitting

Previously Angry Baker, Happy Little Treats is a 100% vegan bakery. I'm fully in love with their stuff, and we stop by whenever we drive by Columbus (pretty often).

This location is really small, with no tables/chairs inside. Last time I stopped by I was happy to hear that they had some "lunch options" -- several spreads to fill a hoagie with. The spreads were traditional, buffalo, and lemon/almond. We got the two savory ones and they were delicious, just the right amount of tanginess for me. The buffalo slightly won because of the tiny spicy kick. Bread was fresh and spongie. Also tried the focaccia - good bread but very very salty.

Sweets: Lots and lots of sweet baked goods on display. We tried the spiced pear poptart, flakey with a slightly salty crust. Blueberry brownie was very fudgey, moist and full of blueberries. Oreo brownie was more cake-like, still very good.

Pros: 100% vegan, Delicious, Friendly

Cons: No tables/chair

Fav breakfast joint

Tons of vegan options! Quick service. Not a lot of indoor seating, but wait usually isn’t long to get a table. Additional seating outside when weather is nice.

Pros: Great food!, Great selection! , Vegan puppy treats!

Small place, but big flavor!

The store is small (no eat in space), but they still had a good selection of pop tarts, donuts, muffins, cookies, brownie, croissants, etc!

The ones we tried we're excellent!

My Guilty Pleasure

I work very close to this bakery and I love getting the cinnamon roll or the cinnamon pull apart! I always warm it up a little and it’s amazing! I’ve also had the poptarts, very good too.

All vegan sweets

Angry Baker High Street is perfect. If you're heading into the Short North or on your way to work, it's a great place to swing by and grab a sweet snack and coffee.

While they didn't use to be, within the last year this location of the Angry Baker decided to go completely vegan.

They have no seating in this location and prices are on par with other bake shops.

Pros: All vegan
