Server extremely helpful to suggest vegan options and accommodations available. Following suggestions posted by others on HC - we enjoyed the quinoa soup and quinoa risotto (with accommodations)

Excellent dining in Cusco - Edit
This was a fantastic find for my husband and myself when we were in Cusco. I would like to give them 5 stars, but couldn't because they are not strictly vegetarian. The Vegetarian soup and risotto were amazing and the service was phenomenal and they are located in the beautiful Plaza de Armas.

Nice dinner made vegan on request - Edit
ask the staff for vegan dinner and you get something really nice! It was super yummy. The quinoa risotto and the soup was amazing but the pizza without cheese was also really good because they put a lot of veggies there.
