Great concept, tasty food - Edit
I absolutely loved the idea of this place, the descriptions looked amazing and the food itself was definitely unusual. I tried the "codfish" pea stew and the "codfish" was basically kohlrabi I think, and really not that impressive? But the pea stew was banging! Spicy and well seasoned 🔥 and this place has one of the best mac n cheese I have ever had. It's truly worth it. It was creamy, rich, gooey, savory...genuinely the best weekend treat! 👌

The starters we tried were absolutely amazing !
The "fish" dish is incredible, i would love to know how they do such a texture, and the "goat" lacks a bit of flavour but is also very tasty.
I would have liked some chili or any special hot sauce aside for more flavour.

Incredible restaurant! I hadn’t found any good Caribbean food since going vegan and Jam Delish fulfilled that need. The oyster mushroom fried chicken was delicious and so was the roti to share. The food was beautifully presented, flavoursome and good portion sizes.

For starters the pros: Everything is cooked perfectly. The textures are nice, the proteins are extremely realistic, and everything was visually stunning.

I think my experience is a one off because this restaurant was so extremely busy during my reservation. It took ages for the server to take our order and it seemed the kitchen was pretty busy overall.
In general, the food was good but a lot of it did lack flavor. The presentation was nice. I’m pretty sure the food is better on other days and that our experience was just a one off. Nonetheless, I can’t get my partner to return because of the experience and lackluster food.

Loved the Jerk chicken - so delicious and beautifully cooked . Just wish it was spicier. Rice and peas were also very fragrant. Also had the sides of greens and Mach and cheese - all very delicious service was great. Just wish it was a bit cheaper so I could come back often.

The food isn't bad, but it really not all that. Spending close to £20 the food doesn't come close to that level. Nice cocktails though. Manager wasnt very nice, just wanted people in and out.

Chose this place for a birthday meal. Menu had a great choice, including goat curry and jerk chicken. Everything we had was delicious and the staff were very friendly - would definitely recommend!

Having walked a long way to this restaurant for a takeaway, I was disappointed to discover that I may have needed to wait "up to an hour" for my food to be prepared - the person on the front desk could be no more specific - because priority in the kitchen is given to customers who eat in. This might be understandable, but for the fact that they charge the same regardless of whether a dish is bought to eat in or to carry out. At around £20 for a main dish this makes for an expensive takeaway for which you may need to wait a long time.

The best all vegan place we have been to! All the food was amazing and the staff was extremely helpful and nice. The flavours popped and we were really surprised by all the options. The ambiance was ok, but the place was clean and the music set a great mood. Definitely try the "fish" tacos, and the jerk "chicken" skewer. We really had to check we were at a vegan place!! (Also the deserts were amazing!!!)

If you do visit here, definitely get the banana cake you won't regret it 😍

Read moreUnfortunately, the slaw was bland and tasteless, wouldn't order it again. The stew on the other hand was spicy and delicious - great ingredient combinations.
The place is cool for hanging out and right next to a small park (for the digestive walk).

We called in for an early Saturday evening dinner and were absolutely blown away by the flavours and presentation of the dishes. Really clear allergen awareness and plenty of gluten free options. We had small plates, sides and dessert plus drinks. Not terribly expensive by London standards too! Highly recommended to everyone!!!!

Wonderful vegan Caribbean food. Among the highlights:
Fried chicken: some of the best vegan fried chicken I’ve ever had anywhere in the world.
Roti with spring onion buttery sauce: we tried the trio and immediately ordered more of this particular sauce. My kids devoured this like savage beasts.
Island fries: fantastic flavor with a tiny bit of afterburn.
Mac ‘n’ cheese with bacon: “tastes just like real bacon”, according to my carnivorous wife.
Chicken skewers: never had grilled vegan chicken before—we loved these.
Mocktails: delicious fruit flavors.
I recommend getting a reservation. Even on a Wednesday night, they couldn’t take us until 9pm.
