Only involtini but got it warm and cheesy, 5€ not super cheap but a good option in the market (olives are the only other one)

One vegan option - Edit
The only vegan option was vegan envoltini, tasty but quite basic, with vegetables and vegan cheese, for 5€. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Vegan Envoltini in Mercado de San Miguel - Edit
Clearly labeled vegan envoltini was quite tasty, one of only 3 vegan options I found in the entire Mercado. Cheap and delicious.
