Il faut choisir les bols sur mesure pour faire quelque chose de végan. Cela étant dit, une fois familiarisé avec les ingrédients, on peut faire preuve de beaucoup de créativité. Les employés sont heureux de faire attention pour ne pas qu'il y aille de contamination avec les noix ou les arachides.
C'est quand même de la restauration rapide, donc calibrez vos attentes en conséquence.

Considering the very low number of vegan or vegetarian reataurants in Marseille, this restaurant saved us a few times. You need to build your own bowl to make something truly vegan. That said, once you're familiar with the ingredients, you can get pretty creative. Employees are happy to be careful so as not to contaminate the bowls with nuts or peanuts.
Still, this is a fast food restaurant, so dont raise your expectations too much.
Pros: Good backup plan / bon plan B, Fast / rapide, Affordable / abordable

We had the ‘build your own salad’ bowls. Menu takes a bit of working out but lots of vegan options, and nice and healthy too. Portions are quite big, but there is a lot of whatever base leaf you choose. Nice to sit upstairs on the balcony overlooking the port although it’s a little noisy as it’s on the main road.

Maybe we were unlucky, but we had A LOT of base.
Bowls can be created from scratch, pre-defined vegan options are available, but not clearly marked. Non-vegan options can obviously be veganized.
For me, there was too much plastic involved, also if some of it is apparently biodegradable. This is in general true but especially for a company that prides itself to be "eco responsibilité".
Lastly, to me, the menu is very hard to read due to the capitals that the menu is completely written in.
