In der Kaffeeklappe gibt es viele vegane Optionen, vegane Linseneintopf, zwei vegane Flammkuchen, Hafermilch, veganen Kirschstreusel, Schoki etc.

Cute sustainable place in beautiful area! - Edit
This place is really great for a stopover when you're in Harz. They have 2 vegan flammkuchen, one with onion, vegan 'bacon' and vegan cream 'cheese', and one with tomato base and 7 types of veggies. They also have a vegan lentil stew and various vegan ice creams from Paletas Berlin.

Also nice that their beers are organic, a lot of their offering seems to be organic in general.
The terrace is great, there's places in both sun and shade. We didn't go for a walk from here but it seems to be a great start of a walk in this beautiful area.
Staff was friendly and seemed to be informed on veganism.
So don't miss this on your visit to Harz!
