A nice authentic vegan-friendly Tibetan restaurant run by local Tibetans - Edit
If you are interested in Tibet and would like to try its cuisine, this restaurant is a perfect option. It looks like a small eatery from the outside but the interior is nice and authentic, just as is the food.
