Hamburgueria totalmente vegana - Edit
Descobri recentemente essa hamburgueria totalmente vegana em Florianópolis, servem diversos tipos de hambúrguer, chopp artesanal e sobremesas. Experimentei o double cheese bacon mas com o hambúrguer de faláfel, muito bom, o bacon é crocante e delicioso e o hambúrguer bem temperado, também experimentei o seitan havaiano, mas não gostei, o seitan não estava bem temperado e o gosto do molho wasabi ficou muito forte, também achei que o abacaxi não combinou, mas quem gosta de sabores exóticos talvez aprecie. O chopp artesanal é bem gostoso, indico o IPA. A sobremesa foi o cheese cake de frutas vermelhas, achei bom, mas não é exatamente delicioso. Preciso voltar para experimentar os outros lanches.

Holy Heck! Update! Best burger in the whole wide world. Just incredible. Stopped in for their new special menu Hawaiian burger made with seitan hamburger patty, and I wept tears of joy. I have never had a better burger. I couldn't put it down. I didn't want it to end. It was juiciest, tastiest, most succulent, savory burger to ever pass these vegan lips. Reminded me of Plant Blazed in New Zealand which is sadly retired. So world vegan burger champion now goes to Kairú. Just [ahem] wow!

Vegan owned and operated using hand made ingredients, house made artisanal sauces to accompany a great variety of magical small batch smart burgers with a forward looking, pre-colonial, anti-industrial, nootropic finesse for fine culinary arts. Plus a skate ramp.
This is a great spot to chill for a late night bite. The container kitchen and garden patio provides the perfect ambience to enjoy some of the finest forest foods I've found in Floripa. The method here is making meals from plant based legumes and pulses with an intention for wellness and ordered digestion.
Over the moon with appreciation for this vegan kitchen. May the magic repeat and return for many more moon phases to come.

The burgers are pretty tasty and you can build your own burger! Offers desserts and smart sides, such as rustic potatoes instead of fries so their texture won't be an issue when you order at home. Also the artisanal dips and sauces are just perfect.
