Not wheat free

I am saddened and disappointed to see how wide misinformation still is in a Country with the highest percentage of coeliac disease.
This stand claims and clearly states to be wheat free where in fact the spices mixture they use has wheat in it!
Thankfully I am learning to take the courage to esplicitly double check, even with clear labels (like in this case). But not everyone is willing to do so, considering the poor attitude we often get from servers regarding our strict gluten-free diet!
Coeliac disease is not a choice. Using false labels is very dangerous, and also disrespectul, even to people with gluten sensitivity.

Pros: Good variety

Cons: False information regarding allergens

Best stand at the Sunday market

Loved this Indian food stand in Dún Laoghaire. Lovely staff, very kind. The food was delicious! I had a samosa, salad and vegan curry. If you ever go to the open market on a Sunday, check this place, highly recommend it!

Pros: Vegan option, Very friendly and kind staff, Good quality food and fair prices

Delicious vegan kofta wrap

Warm, mildly spicy and sweet vegan kofta wrap for 5.50. They also do a vegan chickpea curry and vegan Samosa. Rest of dishes are vegetarian. Visited them in Dun Laoghaire market.

Pros: A good few vegan options, Friendly service

Cons: I was hungry an hour after the wrap, Have to queue, busy day at the market
